Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking.

Rain doesn't need to put a dampner on the day! The beauty of the NT is that it's warm all year around, even when it's raining. However your safety is our greatest priority. If we determine that weather or sea conditions make it unsafe to operate, the charter may be postponed or cancelled.

  • In such cases, we will make every attempt to reschedule your trip.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, a credit will be issued to use toward a future booking or we can discuss with you the possibility of a refund.


We understand illness and injury occur and we will do our very best to work with you to come to a mutually agreeable outcome.

  • Cancellations due to illness or injury made more than 72 hours before your scheduled charter will be eligible to reschedule (subject to availability and peak booking dates). If no suitable future dates are available, clients may receive a credit toward a future booking.
  • Cancellations due to illness or injury made within 72 hours of the booked charter are non-refundable. Every effort will be made to reschedule your trip, however if rescheduling is not possible, no refund will be provided.
  • Any pre-paid, non-refundable deposit will not be refunded - regardless of the cause for cancellation.
  • When planning your trip please consider the possibilities of flight or travel interruptions (especially during wet season!). We will not provide refunds if you booked your flights or travel too close to the booked charter date (i.e. flying in to Darwin the night before) and now cannot make it in time. 
  • If you need to cancel your charter more than 14 days in advance due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us to discuss options.
  • No refunds will be provided for change of mind or change of plans within 14 days of the booked charter.


Too many vodka sodas the night before? Forgot to set your alarm? We get it, stuff happens .. but we're busy too! Failure to arrive at the designated departure point on time, with no communication, will be treated as a late cancellation, and no refund or credit will be provided.


In the rare event that we must cancel a trip for reasons other than weather (i.e., boat maintenance, operator illness), guests may choose to reschedule, receive a credit, or a full refund.


Did you have accommodation booked as part of your charter and need to cancel or reschedule?

  • Rescheduling and Refunds for accommodation will be as per the guidelines and policies set out by the individual property's.
  • We will do our best to advocate on your behalf, however cancellation/rescheduling fees and/or refunds will be ultimately out of our control and you should refer to the individual property's website for details.
  • If rescheduling or refunds are due to operator cancellation then we will refund you or incur the rescheduling fee ourselves.
